In celebration of Affordable Housing Month and National Small Business Month this May, the Northern California Non-Profit Housing Association’s (NPH) Fair Contracting Working Group is partnering with leading industry organizations to host the NorCal Affordable Housing Supplier Development Summit—an event focused on expanding opportunities for small, local, and disadvantaged business enterprises within the affordable housing sector.

Collaborating partners include the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), Women’s Business Enterprise Council Pacific, BuildIT, Elite SDVOB Network, and the Associated General Contractors of California Small Underutilized Business Forum. Together, these organizations are working to connect small, local, and diverse suppliers with the developers, contractors, and project teams delivering affordable housing across Northern California.
